E-learning Courseware for School Managers – Release of New Learning CoursesNew

The “E-learning Courseware for School Managers” (the courseware) launched by the Education Bureau, provides school managers with a diversified training modes that enable them to learn according to their individual needs and at their own pace. To enhance their knowledge and skills in personnel management, new learning modules on “Staff Appointment, Regrading, Promotion and Acting Appointment”, “Staff Conduct and Discipline”, and “Professional Development, Handling Staff Complaints, and Rights and Benefits of School Employees” were released on 6 May 2025 and 21 May 2025. School managers are welcome to log in to the courseware system for self-learning. School Executive Officers and school managers can also access the system to view the learning hours of the managers, which facilitates the reporting of training records.
