Claim Procedures

On the occurrence of incidents likely to give rise to a claim under the Incorporated Management Committee Liability Insurance Policy (IMCLIP), IMC schools are required to notify the Insurer in writing as soon as reasonably practical even though the exact amount or details of the claim may not be known.  IMC schools should not negotiate, pay, settle, admit or repudiate any claim without the written consent of the Insurer.  IMC schools may contact the Insurer or download the Claim Form and then forward the completed form to the Insurer direct for processing.
